Shalea Beckwith is a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, a wife, a Mom, and a Pediatrician. She has extensive involvement working with children and she has served and led in children’s ministry for over two decades. She has produced multiple children’s dramas, which have been the inspiration of her children’s picture books.  She loves to see children grow in faith and knowledge of the Kingdom of God. Her desire is to see children fulfill their destiny in Jesus and operate in spiritual gifts and miracles at a young age.

As a practicing pediatrician for more than 15 years, Dr. Shalea understands the spiritual, physical, and developmental needs of children. She currently serves as Editor of Update in Pediatrics, a Springer Nature publication.

In addition to her books, Dr. Shalea is pioneering ABCs of Faith for Kids with Dr Shay, a social media channel designed to help children and their families grow strong in spirit, soul, and body through God’s wisdom and power.

She was blessed to marry Jonathan Beckwith and build a beautiful family with him. They love to bike, play water sports, and do adventures together as a family!
